The only reason there is a need to make a distinction between evangelism & Reformed evangelism is because preachers & Christians in general have moved so far afield from what evangelism used to be that it is necessary to insert the word "Reformed" simply to wake people up to what has happened.  George Whitefield popularized the idea¹ "Jesus loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life" but this isn't the message that was preached by the original Christians or even the first Protestant/Reformed Christians -- The Gospel message is REPENT & BELIEVE (Mark 1:14-15) & how will anyone repent or  believe unless first they realize a need to do so.
